GUIDE FOR VILLAGE GUEST


Art. 1
Guests on their arrival must be presented to the Office accepted with valid identification for themselves and for each component as core records for the purposes of the law. Persons so registered will receive the camping pass.
Access to and presence in the village as unauthorized
persons include:
- violation of the Rules of Public Safety;
- violation of Article. 614 C.P. (burglary);
- violation of Article. 633 C.P. (invasions of land and buildings);
- violation of Article. 624 C.P. (theft of services);
- Failure to contract fraud.

 
Art. 2
Minimum stay:
VILLAGE: 7 days unless authorized
CAMPING: 2 days unless authorized


Art. 3
The entry of vehicles is allowed only with a magnetic card. The Guest is required to check the accuracy of the records, to report any discrepancies to management and to provide advance notice of changes, such as changing the pitch or the arrival and departure of people. Management is authorized to refuse entry or remove from the village as the means, within the same, that were not regularly recorded by charging the guest all the expenses to which they were to meet in case of forced removal. The Guest in the event of the introduction of illegal or unregistered persons must pay, as penalty, an amount equal to the stay of the period, for each person, for a minimum of 8 (eight) days, save the unquestionable right of the Management of the Holiday Centre to immediately terminate the contract with immediate expulsion of the Guest and its nucleus.


Art. 4
The Guest is informed of the fact that on every pitch you can only install a single trailer or, alternatively, a camper or a tent in addition to a single vehicle (car or motorcycle). For touring the maximum number of people allowed is six. It is only allowed the eventual installation of a curtain “incidental” small (Canadian igloo, etc...) after authorization from management. Each tent that is installed will be charged the price of the pine forest pitch.


Art. 5
The pitch can be chosen by the Guest, taking into account the availability which will be relayed to you by management. The pitches per booking can be occupied only with the permission of the management. There is no changing of pitches unless approved by management and only for important reasons. All equipment, including vehicles, must be neatly stowed within the boundaries of the pitch for the camp and numbered in the designated parking for the Village. It ‘absolutely forbidden to park any vehicle on the transit routes and even to temporarily occupy other places even if they are free. If you do so a penalty fee will be charged for the plot occupied.


Art. 6
If departure is not made within the prescribed time limit, unless the Guest has the approval of management, you will be required to pay one more day.


Art. 7
The management reserves the right to allow the entry of visitors and day visitors with free permit short-term, consistent with availability within the village. If the visitor / guest want to prolong his visit they are required to pay the price as per price list prices. The Guest of the Holiday Centre is required to ensure that their visitors are in possession of authorization from the management and is responsible for their behavior within the Centre. Visitors are prohibited entry by car


Art. 8
Dogs or other pets are allowed ONLY in certain allocated areas of the Village (please confirm with management), except in cases provided for in Article one of Law No. 37, 12-02 - 1974 and Law No. 376, 25-08 - 1988 in terms of accompanying dogs for the blind, who can enjoy all the facilities. All pet owners must have a regular health card and insurance for their animal friend. The price is indicated in the price list.

Art. 9
At all hours behavior, activities, games and use of equipment that could disturb other Guests is prohibited. In particular, during the hours of silence (11:30 p.m. to 7:00 / 13:00-15.00) the entry, exit and movement of motor vehicles, the use of facilities and sports facilities and leisure activities, assembly and disassembly of tents. Those arriving to the Camp after 23:30 pm will leave the car and / or motorcycle in the parking lot outside or inside the entrance until the morning.


Art. 10
To maintain the peace and safety of the guests cars should be used as little as possible and never in excess of 10 km / h, while bikes are to be ridden at a reasonable and safe speed.


Art. 11
Adults are responsible for the conduct of their children, whose vivacity, and educational needs cannot be detrimental to the peace, health and safety of other guests. In addition, children must always be accompanied by an adult to the toilet and be supervised when swimming in the sea and the pool and during the use of leisure facilities. The Guest agrees to pay damages caused by minors against third parties.
Art. 12
It is forbidden to litter out of the containers, dig holes or trenches in the soil, set fires,( grills can be used provided they do not constitute interference or danger), damage vegetation, pour on the ground oils, fuels, boiling liquid , salt or waste; washing cars or other vehicles on the ground, wash at the taps on the ground, waste or misuse water, or put up fences, wires or anything to anchor plants, pull strings at eye level and install anything else that could be potential danger and obstruction of free passage, use equipment such as heaters, electric cookers, water heaters etc.. The supply of electricity in plots is 10 amps. Plants under EEC.


Art. 13
The mobile units of accommodation can be equipped with special additional coverage as long as these are only supported on the roof of the vehicle and do not protrude from the shape of the vehicle.

 

 

Art. 14
Objects found in the Holiday Centre are to be delivered to management or the information office as required by law.

 
Art. 15
The use the sports facilities and leisure facilities is at your own risk, management is not responsible for loss, damage or theft sustained as a result of the Resort Centre. The Guest acknowledges that at the Office there is a service for the safekeeping of valuables. Unless the risk coverage for third party liability, the administration is not liable for damages that may result from: thunderstorms, hail and any other event deemed natural acts of God. The Guest who is insured on their own will not give up, in case of loss, their rights of recourse action to the company or third party against the Holiday Centre.


Art. 16
Use of the pools is free, except the water park, which is strictly reserved for guests of the Resort Centre.


Art. 17
Infectious disease must be reported immediately to the management of the resort centre or doctor.


Art. 18
The guest will be informed of the Harbour Ordinance which they will find exhibited in the various access points to the beach and in the various offices that regulates the conduct on the beach. Therefore takes note of the prohibitions about swimming during rough seas, during a storm at night, in the corridors of sailing and windsurfing, and also when the red flags are hoisted.


Art. 19
The Guest is informed that within the Holiday Centre there are security services carried out by recognizable personnel. These staff will ensure compliance with the regulations contained herein. The Guest undertakes to promote such activities of supervision and control, putting himself at any time available to the security staff, and if requested provide personal information and allow access to housing.


Art. 20
The Guest acknowledges the prohibition of the conducting of any business, whether professional or crafts in the Holiday Centre.


Art. 21
The payment of accommodation must be made within 3 days from the date of arrival. The issuance of the final receipt is required even if it will be issued for an amount of zero. The obligation to observe the Italian law requires the issuance of a receipt at the end of the service.

Art. 22
In case of failure to pay the agreed cost of the stay due, the Guest hereby authorizes the Holiday Centre to issue against him on sight with costs. The deferred payments bear interest of 10% more than the official discount rate with a minimum of 18% per year. The guest acknowledges to the Resort Centre the right to withhold his property until such time he has satisfied all outstanding costs due. Also recognizing the applicability of the requirements of Article. 2756 Civil Code, 3rd paragraph.


Art. 23
RArrival behind schedules must be announced to the Villaggio San Francesco as soon as possibile, and however as for the anticipated departures, the booked period must be paid entirely. For the Camping in the case of an early departure or an delayed arrival based on the reservation it will be added the tariff of an uninhabited pitch for the not taken days. Delays the exceed the 24 hours and that had not been communicated to the reception will automatically cause the cancellation of the booking.


Art. 24
Eventual problems or complains need to be reported within 24 hours from the arrival at the Information Office, over this time no complains will be taken in consideration.


Art. 25
Damage or breaking made to the structure of the Villaggio San Francesco, will be quantified and settled on side.


Art. 26
For any dispute is decided that the law court is Treviso, the Guest expressly renounces of any other judical authority.
