After registering at the reception (check in) you shoud go to the information office to pick up your keys an then to your apartment.
At the moment of entering the unit, please check if you are missing something or if eventually something is not functioning well, and report it as soon as possible in our information office, in order that our service can provide to solve it immediately to avoid you inconveniences.
