GUIDE FOR VILLAGE GUEST

Dear guests, we are happy you have chosen to spend your holidays in Villaggio San Francesco and to help you use our services, we hope you would appreciate receiving this guide/regulations for the camping site and our dwelling units. At arrival the  guest should report to the Reception Office: the head of the family must produce a current identity document, fill in and sign the registration form for the P.S. (Police), complete with details of all the members of the family for registration requested by law and the plate of the car. 
The guest will be able to enter the village only after receiving one pass for each member of the group or family and one magnetic pass for the car that will open and close the gates of the Village. Only one car for each group will be allowed, that can be substituted with another car instead of the registered one (each change must be communicated by the reception office).
Use of motor vehicles is strictly forbidden, except to enter/exit from the village, to reach the dwelling units or the camping places; transit is only allowed at walking pace. 
The entry barriers are closed from 13.00 to 15.00 (1 pm – 3 pm) and from 23.30 to 7.00 (11.30 pm – 7 am). It is forbidden to enter/exit and in any case use m discussions and unwarranted noise, such as: radio, TV, music at high volume, are forbidden during the period of silence. Whosoever does not observe these rules may be requested to leave the village. Motor-driven means (car, motorbike, coach) during these times. The cash office, where payments are made, is open from 9 a .m. to 12 a .m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Payments cannot be made outside these times. The account of the stay must be settled before the cash office closes. The payment for the booked period must be compensated within 3 days after the arrival. The actual number of days spent in the village are counted on the basis of the number of nights. The camping places must be vacated by 12 am, while the lodgings must be vacated by 10 am; after those times another complete day will be counted. The applied tariffs are always those shown on the current price list, which is always available for consultation. Anyone visiting campers and village guests staying in dwelling units, as well as all daily visitors, must regularise their entry by handing in at Reception an identity document and paying the respective tariffs according to the length of their stay in the village. The police and internal guards carry out regular controls, also during the night. Anyone found inside the village who is not regularly registered shall be considered present from the 1st day of opening of the village and therefore obliged to pay the relative tariff. In extreme cases the competent authorities will be informed in compliance with sections 614, 624, 633, 637 of the italian criminal code (house-breaking). Use of all the equipment at our guests’ disposal: swimming pools, play-ground, sport facilities, is at the user’s own risk. The Management is not liable for any accident of any kind whatsoever which may happen in the village or when bathing in the sea. Attention: RED FLAG = STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO BATHE. Bathers may only enter the swimming pools if they are wearing a cap and during opening times, which are indicated at the respective entries to the same. It is forbidden to dive and play games unless otherwise authorised by the assistants. Any infectious disease must be immediately reported to the Management. Correspondence may be collected personally by adults at the Telephone Office. After 7 days have elapsed, any uncollected post will be returned to the sender. Objects found inside the village must be handed in to the Information Office, which will arrange to return them to their legitimate owners. For any need whatsoever: complaints, information regarding services, timetables, etc., guests are requested to go solely to the Information Office which will inform the Village Management.
